My art grew from imagination, life experience, and a hunt for curious moments. What began as a way to cope with a stressful career as a correctional officer became a lifelong passion. Developing black-and-white images in the darkroom was a wonder to me. The magic of an image appearing in the tray. That early practice still shapes how I make photos—both technically and personally.

After retiring, I earned a Fine Art degree from the Academy of Art University, graduating with honors in 2020. My portfolio was shown at the university’s art show. I now mix traditional photographic methods with digital tools to create the pictures I imagine.
